What is solarized water?

Sun charged water is called solarized water.

When water kept in a colored container is exposed to sunlight, it absorbs the vibrational energy of that particular color. This process is called solarizing or energizing water.

To reap the benefits of the particular color, this water can be drunk or used for bathing.

Materials required:

 A clean plain glass/ glass bottle

 Colored cellophane paper OR crepe paper

 Elastic band

 Pure still mineral or spring water

 Muslin or some other cotton fabric (kitchen towel will do)

Method:

Step-1: Fill glass with pure still mineral water and attach the chosen color filter to the glass using the elastic band and cover the top with the muslin or similar.

Step-2: Place the glass/ bottle in window-sil or any place where they can receive direct sunlight for 6 to 8 hours. (in case of emergency, it can be charged for 2hrs in morning sun)

Step-3: Once charged, the water can be sipped throughout the day or can be used for bathing a particular part of body.
