The important milestone that an individual face during the transition period is career choice, choosing a career involves aptitude, interest, personality traits, academic trends, and students’ aspirations. In which, Emotional behavioral screening was created to evaluate students in relation to their chosen profession. This assessment focuses on all the above aspects in evaluating.
The Author has designed the intervention with three aspects that are brilliance, blindness, and bliss in respect to people, ideas, interests, and facts.
In which Bliss focuses on Passion, Brilliance on core competency, and blind the hidden facts and interests of the individual.
This inventory was first developed in 2015, and it was introduced in National English School- Hosakerehalli Bangalore. This test was given to 100 students in the 9th and 10th grades. This inventory helped both parents and students to gain clarity on the student’s compassion, traits, and competency.
We were also able to find that students were also having exam fear as they are approaching their public examination.
In 2019, the parents wished to assess their professional decision on a scale of 0-10 after three years of using the program. According to the study, only 3% of people were satisfied with their professional decision, while 20% lacked career counseling and were compelled to choose a career route.
The paper was recognized as the best paper award in the area of Career counseling and guidance at the National Women Science Congress (NWSC) in 2019.
The paper was submitted to a meta-analysis in the year 2020, got blended with the Analytical aspects of Graphology to understand the 3B – Brilliance, Blind, and Bliss in students. Students were able to understand the virtue of value belief with the support of guidance, which enabled them to construct their profession and choice path properly.

The intervention was introduced to KARNATAKA RESIDENTIAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS SOCIETY (KREIS) in August of 2020, which was introduced to 8000 students in collaboration with Christ, and which assisted in the exploration of the variables in the statistic.
The head of education, Dr. Shivputra Baburao, proudly appreciated the 2% result of intervention with the career choice, which was due to the pandemic's difficulty to investigate additional populations.
In 2021, the paper was updated, and a new edition was created, which was tested in an Amateur residential school. The result showed that 6 students had suicidal ideation due to anxiety, and 2 students with PTHD due to pandemics.
Emotional behavioral screening allowed the management to recognize the student’s mental health in relation to Career choice, which enabled them to empathize and provide training to 30 teachers in emotional First Aid.
