Accreditation

CTAA is an independent accreditation company and therefore not tied to any governing body of any country. A governing body mainly lists approved non-profit higher education institutes and learning platforms of non profit organizations. The certificate earned is subject to that country, and often not accepted in any other learning institute outside of that country, limiting the student. CTAA is recognized in 26 countries. Our courses have been approved and accepted as professional practices by the syntax of that particular country, which are regulated and updated as per the requirements for a practitioner to work with the general public. If you are in a country that is not listed, you can still join CTAA and receive the benefits through a registered organization (ATH is a registered Organization) under CTAA. Every course under Asha The Hope is standardized by CTAA’s structured Evaluation process.

SAIU is a university with focus on the health sciences. The university has a campus in Paramaribo, Suriname, and has administrative offices in Curacao, Dutch Caribbean.

SAIU has roots going back over 100 years. Located and integrated in the St. Vincentius Hospital in Paramaribo, our curriculum uses the available tool of a clinical setting to our advantage. Students make regular rounds in the hospital starting in the early years of basic sciences to get the feel for the clinical side of medical training. Our classroom curriculum is vigorous and demands full dedication from our students.

Our students learn to address the challenges of a rapidly changing and diverse healthcare environment with hands-on experience in healthcare, community and public healthcare settings, and private practice providers. Through experience working with diverse patient population our graduates develop the necessary skills to deliver health care where it’s needed the most.
